At iSTYLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium electronics. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your iSTYLE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the product in its original, unopened packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Shipping and Drop-off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it to your nearest iSTYLE retail store.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
